Our mission is to serve our customers with honesty, integrity, and competence. Our goal is to provide home loans to our clients while providing them with the lowest interest rates and closing costs possible. Furthermore, we pledge to help borrowers overcome roadblocks that can arise while securing a loan.

Jeri Shoop brings a wealth of knowledge and experience as a mortgage originator to homebuyers for over two decades. She has guided hundreds of families, investors, and builders through the loan process, utilizing her strategic thinking, awareness and warm and inviting demeanor. Additionally, Jeri has lead hundreds of Veterans and Military personnel obtain their Certificates of Eligibility, helped them restore and correct their entitlement and answer their questions about VA loans to become homeowners and use their military benefit.

 Jeri's roots are in Colorado and she has lived in California, Texas, St. Thomas and currently resides in Virginia. She loves the outdoors, the experience of new places and the wonderful people she meets.  Jeri enjoys a variety of dance from hip-hop to salsa. She cycles regularly.   When she is not helping her clients you may find her climbing a slide with her grandchildren, or cooking a new recipe.
